Collagen Switch is a combination of grass fed bovine collagen and wild caught marine collagen.
What does it do?
Collagen Switch is a combination of type I, II and III types of collagen combined with vitamin C and Digezyme (digestive enzymes) which improves the absorption and utilisation of the collagen. L-tryptophan has also been added to ensure all 9 essential amino acids are covered to aide muscle recovery and repair. Glycine and Glutamine are included to support connective tissue and gut health as well as MCT oil and prebiotic fibre.
When do I take it?
