What does it do?

Switch Nutrition Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid which combines in our body with L-Histidine to produce a dipeptide called Carnosine. Carnosine is stored in skeletal muscles, it is here that it reduces lactic acid during exercise. Carnosine then helps to reduce fatigue toxin production which will allow for more reps, more sets and overall more work due to reduced perception of fatigue. 

Switch Nutriton Beta-Alanine creates a buffering effect which may lead to improved endurance and athletic performance in sports people.

When do I take it?

Consume 1-3 servings of Switch Nutrition Beta-Alanine per day as required. Mix 1 serving (2g) in 250-350ml of water or add to your Pre-workout, Aminos or Protein Shake.
